What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you submit a booking to us by email or by PayPal, we ask you to provide us with some personal information such as your name, email address, street address, phone number.
We use this information to complete your booking by passing it to our management team or to contact you prior to completing your booking if you have any further enquiries.
No credit card, or other sensitive, information is held on Luxe 2 Alpes’s database as we do not gather this kind of information through our website.
Do we share your information with other companies?
We will pass your name(s) and details on to our local representative from our management team in order to arrange and confirm your booking and travel arrangements. We do not share any further information with any other companies.
Any changes to our collection or use of information will be posted on this page. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a notice on this page. In some cases where we post the notice we will also email users, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.
Once you have paid for a booking, you reserve the right to cancel your booking:
Cancellation 4 weeks or more before, the amount is returned in full.
Cancellation 3 weeks before, 75% of the amount is returned.
Cancellation 2 weeks or less the full amount is retained.
